How to prepare coconut chutney?
Take 1 cup grated coconut into the mixture pot.
Add 4-5 cut green chillies into it.
Add 1 inch ginger, cut into pieces into it.
Add 3-4 cut garlic cloves into it.
Add ½ cup coriander leaves into it.
Add 5-6 curry leaves.
Blend it.
Add 1 cup water.
Add 1 teaspoon salt.
Add1 teaspoon sugar.
Blend it. Check the consistency. If you want more liquid then add ½ cup of water and blend it again.
Take this mixture in the bowl.
For Tadka , take a tadka pan, switch on the gas and add 2 teaspoon of oil in it.
When oil gets heated, add 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds in it.
Then add 1 teaspoon urad dal in it.
Add, ½ spoon of turmeric powder, 4-5 curry leaves in the tadka pan.
Pour this tadka on the blended coconut chutney.
Ready to serve.
