Wet Masala

Method Of Red Chilli Chutney
Take mixer jar
Add 1 cup wet Red Chillies, wash it before and dry it
Also add 8-10 Garlic Cloves
Meanwhile cut pieces of 2-3 inch Ginger and into the mixer jar
Further, add ¼ cup Groundnut
Moreover take 2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds and add it
After that add 2 teaspoon Salt
On the other hand take 1 lemon and squeeze its juice in the mixer jar
Grind it roughly
Take a Pan. Heat it.
Add 1 cup edible Oil. When vapours are coming from oil i.e. oil is heated.
Then, add Red Chilli mixture into the heated oil
Cook it till oil is absorbed into the mixture
Ready to serve
