Wet Masala

  • Garlic (लह्सुन )
  • Ginger (अद्रक) 
  • Red Chilies (लाल मिरची)
  • Lemon (निम्बू )

Dry Masala

  • Cumin Seed (जीरा )
  • Groundnut (शेंगदाना )
  • Salt (मीठ)
  • Edible oil

Method Of Red Chilli Chutney

Take mixer jar

Add 1 cup wet Red Chillies, wash it before and dry it

Also add 8-10 Garlic Cloves

Meanwhile cut pieces of 2-3 inch Ginger and into the mixer jar

Further, add ¼ cup Groundnut

Moreover take 2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds and add it

After that add 2 teaspoon Salt

On the other hand take 1 lemon and squeeze its juice in the mixer jar

Grind it roughly

Take a Pan. Heat it.

Add 1 cup edible Oil. When vapours are coming from oil i.e. oil is heated.

Then, add Red Chilli mixture into the heated oil

Cook it till oil is absorbed into the mixture

Special Note

  • Additionally you can add roasted groundnut instead of raw groundnuts.
  • Similarly you can increase the quantity of groundnut if you want less spicy chutney. Groundnut balances the spiciness if red chillies are more spicy.
  • If you want to store this thecha for a year then avoid using groundnut and increase its shelf life.
  • Cook the chutney properly so that there should not be any trace of water remaining to increase its shelf life.
