How to make Instant Sour Lemon Pickle?
Dry it with cloth. Make sure there is no wetness left on the lemons.
Sort out good lemons as over ripped lemon may reduce the life of this pickle. So, if you want to preserve it for a long duration then make sure about the quality of lemon.
Take 15 Lemons and cut each lemon into 8 small parts.
Remove all seeds from the cut lemons to avoid bitter taste of lemon seeds.
Take remaining 10 Lemons and cut those in two parts each. Squeeze the lemons and keep juice in one bowl. Remove the seeds from the lemon juice.
Take cut lemons in one bowl.
Add 2 teaspoon Turmeric powder, 3 teaspoon Red Chili powder into the lemons.
Add 2 cup salt into the mixture. Mixed it properly.
Add Lemon juice into the mixture and mix it properly.
Keep the pickle in the glass or ceramic jar.
Shake the pickle for once in a day for 7 days regularly.
Ready to eat.
